The Dashboard is your revenue overview. KPIs (total members, active members, revenue) are scoped to your category only. The chart shows your revenue over time. Scroll down to see Sales by Plan and Sales by Month — these break down which plans are performing best and how your revenue trends month by month.

The Current Earnings card shows what you have earned since your last payout — gross revenue, your cut, and the platform fee tier that applies.

BNN takes a platform fee from every payment collected on your behalf. The fee depends on your total gross revenue for the calendar month:

• KES 0 – 10,000 — 20% fee, you keep 80%
• KES 10,001 – 100,000 — 15% fee, you keep 85%
• KES 100,001+ — 10% fee, you keep 90%

Once you cross a threshold, the lower fee applies to your entire month's revenue going forward.

Customers — your active and past subscribers in your category. Search by name or Telegram username to find a specific member. Click any row to see their profile — plan, join date, and expiry.

Expiring Soon — members whose subscriptions are ending within the next few days. Use this to follow up or run a renewal promotion before they lapse.

Churned — members whose subscriptions have already expired and have not renewed. These are people you have lost — useful for re-engagement campaigns or understanding drop-off patterns.

Access codes grant a member access to a plan without paying via M-Pesa — useful for complimentary access, promotions, or onboarding partners.

Generate codes from the Telegram bot using /newcode, or ask the admin to generate a batch from the Codes page. Each code is tied to a specific plan in your category.

Every M-Pesa transaction in your category — successful, pending, and failed — with phone number, amount, receipt, and timestamp. Use the date and status filters to narrow down the list.

When a member's M-Pesa payment fails or times out, the bot automatically sends them a follow-up message prompting them to try again. If they complete the payment after that nudge, it is counted as a recovered payment.

The Recovered Payments tab tracks these — it shows you revenue that would otherwise have been lost and gives you a sense of how effective the bot's automatic follow-up is for your category.

Payouts are sent to your registered M-Pesa on your agreed schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). The amount is your gross revenue for the period minus the platform fee.

View your full history in My Payouts — gross amount, fee, what was paid, the M-Pesa receipt, and payout status.

If a payout amount looks wrong, contact the admin within 7 days.

Link your Telegram account in My Account, then use /check in the bot with a username or user ID. The bot replies with their current plan, expiry, and recent payment history — scoped to your category only.

The Subscription Plans page lets you view all plans in your category. Plan creation and pricing changes are managed by the admin — contact them directly for any changes.

Reach out to the BNN admin via Telegram or email. For payout disputes, raise them within 7 days. For access issues or missing data, include your username and the affected date range.
